An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the University of Southampton’s Business Improvement Unit, part of the University’s Student Services Team based at Highfield Campus.

As Business Improvement Unit Coordinator, you will work as part of a small team that has accountability for ensuring services are regulatory and legislatively compliant while also performing operationally, delivering quality and meeting the expectations and needs of our students. You will:

  • Coordinate and implement cross-departmental administrative processes and procedures that relate to the compliance or operational performance of our service delivery.
  • Perform detailed analysis, manipulation and interpretation of data to create reports for the Student Services Directorate
  • Oversee and deliver the various activities required for the smooth day to day operations of the Student Services department.

The successful applicant must have skill level equivalent to achievement of HNC, A-level, NVQ3 with proven work experience acquired in relevant roles and job-related training. This is a full time permanent post.
