Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Psychiatry (Ref.: 503646), to commence as soon as possible for two years.
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in a biological or psychological discipline, and preferably experience in laboratory techniques such as molecular biology, mammalian cell culture, or mouse studies. Knowledge of bioinformatics would be an advantage. The appointee will join a research program to study the genetics and molecular mechanisms of depression and related neuropsychiatric disorders. He/She will also assist in small-group, introductory-level, undergraduate teaching on topics related to genetics, behaviour and society.
