Research Fellow, Electrical And Computer Engineering
We are seeking a Research Fellow with experiences in magnetic thin films and devices. Job scope includes fabrication and characterization of magnetic thin films and heterostructures for spin-charge interconversion applications.
Ideally the candidate should have experiences in fabrication and characterization of magnetic thin films and devices. He or she should particularly be familiar with latest development in spin-charge interconversion and spin-orbit torque technology.
Candidates with experiences in other areas can also be considered but some basic knowledge in magnetism or experience in device fabrication is a must. Successful candidates will be working on a funded project on spin-charge conversion in magnetic heterostructures and related applications, particular magnetic sensors.
- Applicants should a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or other related field.
- Positive attitude – Able to work independently and as a team.
- Meticulous, able to work well under pressure and commitment to meeting tight deadlines.
- Open to fixed term contract.
