Grade 4: £23,754 - £28,332 per annum (pro-rata)
Part time: 28 Hours per week
Fixed Term for 9 months
The University has an exciting opportunity for an Admissions Co-ordinator to join our Marketing and Student Recruitment team. In this busy and varied role the successful candidate will be enthusiastic, have excellent communication skills and pride themselves on attention to detail that works well as part of successful Admissions team.
If you wish to join us you will work on all applications submitted to the university working closely with our academic Schools; assessing applications against programme entry requirements in a timely manner - adhering to UWS turnaround times; providing advice to Academic Admissions Officers when required and importantly be approachable and supportive in dealing with enquiries, and providing an excellent customer experience to all applicants.
Educated to HND level in Customer Service or Business Administration or have equivalent relevant experience, you will have experience of working in administration within a customer focused environment. In addition, you will have excellent time management skills and experience of dealing with conflicting priorities.
You will work remotely whilst the Covid-19 situation necessitates working from home, but your primary location will be our Paisley Campus. Please note that you may be required to visit our other campus locations as part of your role.
