As an AMBA and AACSB accredited Business School we are seeking to recruit a number of outstanding individuals for key research and teaching positions in a number of disciplines as outlined below to play a crucial role in the School achieving its vision which includes securing EQUIS accreditation within the next 12 months. Members of the department have published in top tier journals such as the Academy of Management Annals, British Journal of Management, Gender, Work & Organizations, Human Relations, Human Resource Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Managerial Psychology, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Organization Studies, Organization and Work, Employment and Society. The department has a thriving undergraduate and postgraduate portfolio, which is built on the research strengths and focus of department staff. 

You will have a PhD (or equivalent degree/professional qualifications and experience) in Organisation Studies and or HRM/OB, with an established track record of research publications at a minimum CABS 3* level (or equivalent standing), coupled with research grant activity. You will also demonstrate a strong interest in innovative approaches to teaching and be expected to provide research support (as appropriate) and collaborate with others in the group.
