Job Description

We seek exceptional PDFs to lead projects in perovskite materials innovation and perovskite-based tandem solar cell. You should have a PhD degree in chemistry, physics, materials science, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, or similar field with strong hands-on experience in perovskite, organic, and inorganic semiconductor synthesis, thin film device processing and characterization.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a doctoral degree in a relevant field of study (chemistry, physics, chemical engineering, materials science, electrical engineering, etc.) and have a good first-authored publication record, a high motivation for innovation, excellence and flexibility to work and deliver results. Candidates are expected to bring excellent organizational and time-management skills; excellent communication skills, including the capacity to offer thoughtful and clear technical guidance on research projects; and clear and efficient writing.

Candidates will bring proven expertise in one or more of the following domains:

  • Design and synthesis of new materials;
  • Advanced materials and device characterization;
  • Micro-nano-technology for device fabrication;
  • Tandem solar cell;
  • Phase segregation and degradation investigation;
  • Large scale thin-film coating technologies;
