About the opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Programs, the Programs Officer will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the Faculty's program initiatives and events to enhance the reputation of the Faculty and brand position among a variety of audiences including current staff and students, alumni, government, relevant industry and international partners, prospective students and their influencers and members of the general public. This includes all related event, marketing and administration associated with the outreach programs.

  • a degree or diploma qualification in a related field and/or equivalent combination of relevant experience.
  • demonstrated experience in event management and coordination including evaluation
  • experience presenting to large audiences
  • experience using event management software and/or filemaker databases
  • a current NSW Driver's License
  • familiarity with formal event protocols and the management of dignitaries and high-profile individuals, including the interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures
