Full-Time, Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover until March 2022)

Applications are invited for the position of Lecturer (teaching focused) in Responsible Business in the School of Business and Management. The successful applicant will join the Human Resource Management and Organisation Studies Department. The Department has a highly collegial ethos and a strong academic reputation in the field. We provide teaching and research supervision on a variety of Undergraduate and Postgraduate degree programmes. 

The Department is a mix of research active and teaching focused faculty. Research interests include: responsible business, business ethics, diversity and inclusion, organisational behaviour, comparative HRM, HRM strategy and knowledge management. In terms of pedagogical approach, the department advocates a research-driven curriculum, participative learning, inclusion and an orientation to impact and practice. 

You will hold a PhD on a topic within the field of HRM, organisation studies or organisational behaviour (exceptionally, appointment may be considered if the PhD is very near to completion). You should have experience in teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate level, along with excellent communication skills. 

This is a full-time fixed term post available from August 2021 or as soon as possible thereafter. The post is for 8 months to cover a period of maternity leave. This post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated.
