Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Medicine (Ref.: 503420), to commence as soon as possible for two years, with the possibility of renewal, subject to satisfactory performance.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree, preferably in Biomedical Sciences, Computer Science or related disciplines.  A strong research background in artificial intelligence, and deep learning algorithms and its interpretation in the context of chronic liver diseases would be advantages.  Applicants should have a good command of written and spoken English; strong communication skills; and a demonstrated track record of publishing academic research papers.  They should be self-motivated and able to work well in an interdisciplinary team.  The appointee will participate in artificial intelligence research in chronic liver disease, and will take a leading role in the technological build-up, data interpretation and research publication.
