The University of Lincoln's College of Science is driving world-leading developments in autonomous systems, power and energy, biosciences, and climate change impact. The College is going through a period of rapid development and change, and we are looking for dedicated, capable, and well-motivated people to be part of this journey.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to provide effective administrative support to the School of Pharmacy. In this position you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient administration of a wide range of activities to support students and the School's academic community. You will work with colleagues within the School and in the University's central Student Administration department to support the student journey through from application to graduation, providing expert advice and guidance on a range of processes and regulations. You will be joining a dedicated team whose focus is on providing the best possible experience for students and staff.

You will need to be an experienced team member and be able to largely manage your own time and determine priorities. The role also requires excellent customer service and data processing skills, with a strong attention to detail.

The work we do here at the University of Lincoln matters, and working here, you will make a lasting impact on students’ lives. Our student experience is central to what we do so you’ll need to be passionate about what you do, and always looking for ways to improve. We offer an innovative and forward-looking working environment, an award-winning range of staff benefits, and a great development programme.
