We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Principal to join our highly skilled, committed staff. Assisting Chris Hocking, Principal, in the educational leadership and management of the whole school, this is a highly strategic role. You will take full responsibility for overseeing and supporting the academic and assessment procedures of all HE courses, advising staff on academic issues and enhancing student learning opportunities. You will also oversee the provision of mental health and wellbeing support to our HE students, ensuring our outstanding and innovative young performers are equipped for the constantly evolving demands of today’s performing arts industry.

You will bring a track record of academic leadership within higher education plus hands on experience and knowledge of regulatory compliance, strategic planning and the effective monitoring and evaluation of HE courses.  You will have integrity; able to build credibility with a range of stakeholders that include our staff, Trustees, and parents.  Above all, your expertise and insights around higher education will inspire others as well as ensure that ArtsEd can maintain and build upon its success as a centre of excellence.
