Routes to Work Ltd (RTW) is a well-established ALEO of North Lanarkshire Council and an employability charity which seeks to support local people to progress to and access employment as a means of sustainably improving the quality of life for individuals, families, and communities in North Lanarkshire. The role 

This is a unique opportunity to join the Routes to Work team and work directly with the Senior Management Team. We seek an outstanding graduate with a relevant degree in Business Management, Creative Industries or Social Science and a proven interest in service evaluation and organisational growth to help deliver this transformative project.  In addition, the post holder will bring to the team excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating internally and externally to share expertise.
