Overview
Digital and Campus Services provides a responsive, integrated and customer-orientated service that brings together the digital and physical environments for students and staff, supporting their teaching, learning, research and administrative needs.
The role
Reporting to the Director & CIO of Digital and Campus Services this role is responsible for ensuring technology services are aligned and delivered to University objectives.
The successful candidate will have:
- Significant (10 years +) of increasing responsibility and be able to clearly demonstrate excellence and leadership in the development and delivery of:
- Digital Engagement Strategy – how we engage and understand demand for services
- Digital Architecture Strategy – what and how we need to build and deliver capability
- Digital Projects and Programs Strategy – how we deliver projects and programs that support specific University outcomes
- Ability to juggle numerous demands and high visibility projects in a fast-paced environment working to tight timelines, as well as an ability to work well under pressure and work collaboratively.
- Ability to negotiate with and influence internal and external stakeholders across the university to effect positive improvements
- Significant and demonstrated experience leading and managing a team as an effective leader with tenacity and drive looking to achieve outstanding results and most importantly, the ability to share knowledge, support ideas, and encourage others to develop their skills and experience.
You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry and Personal Excellence.
