Job Description Summary

The Senior Research Investigator will devote his/her time conducting research broadly relating to supporting the highest qualities of clinical trials involving radiotherapy and imaging.  This position requires the employee to be able to work with a great deal of independence in devising new areas of investigation and facilitating implementation of new technologies.  Specifically, he/she will work on the science and research areas in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy and efficacy of adopting latest technologies in radiotherapy and imaging in multicenter clinical trials.  One of the major new projects in the lab is the use of AI and machine learning in various aspects of the quality of radiotherapy and imaging.  The employee will also devote effort to developing workflow for the quality assurance processes as well as perform the functions required to fulfil the scope of work for grants.  Employee will work with the PI, research associates and students to coordinate and execute projects in these areas including reviewing their investigational data and suggesting future projects.

Position contingent upon funding.

Qualifications
Highly advanced professional discipline. M.D., Ph. D., or equivalent doctoral degree and 5-7 years of experience is required
