Do you have the creativity and passion to take Student Life to the next level?

The University of Lincoln puts students at the heart of everything we do, and the Student Life initiative is no different. The Student Life websiteappYouTube and social media accounts promote student made content aimed at supporting the mental health & wellbeing of current Lincoln students, enhancing their studies and improving their overall university experience.

We are looking for a graduate who can bring fresh ideas to this initiative, helping to create an online community that really engages students and enhances the student experience at Lincoln. You will therefore need to be creative, digitally literate and confident using relevant social media platforms.

You will be working collaboratively with students, coordinating a team of Student Content Creators (SCCs) who regularly contribute articles, videos and social media content about their university experiences. Your role will be to support the student team, helping them to produce engaging content that other students want to see and ensuring that our editorial approach remains as student led as possible.

The role holder will need skills in time-management, communication and require an understanding of how to coordinate others, maintain a content strategy and ensure a consistent voice across multiple platforms.

You will also be involved in organising and running training/events for students and liaising with staff from different University teams, which will help you to develop your communication, collaboration and organisation skills.

The role is a fixed term 6-month position, providing a recent Lincoln graduate with significant experience in the latest digital communications techniques.

This position does not fulfil the UK Visas & Immigration sponsorship criteria for Tier 2.
