Applications are invited for the post of Research Assistant in the Department of Economics.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the research project “Gender Differences in Human Capital Development”, funded by the Partnership Foundation Paris-Dauphine. The successful candidate will work closely with the research team led by Professor Dan Anderberg as Principal Investigator and will (i) provide assistance and support in terms of coding and organizing quantitative data, (ii) provide assistance and support analysing data and reporting the findings.

The successful candidate will have a knowledge of Matlab, possibly some knowledge of STATA, ability to keep accurate records, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently under regular supervision.

The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London. Meetings with the team will take place at Royal Holloway or on MS Teams, whilst work on data analysis can be done from a location of choice subject to appropriate data security.
