Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Emergency Medicine Unit of the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 502598), to commence as soon as possible for two years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in Public Health, Health Science, Data Science/Statistics, Social Sciences or related disciplines. They should have excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Preference will be given to those with a track record of planning and implementing observational studies or complex randomized controlled trials. Strong statistical background and experience in handling large databases with STATA, SAS or SPSS would be highly desirable. The appointee will participate in research related to big data and clinical interventions and is expected to write academic publications, research proposals and reports.
