Role Description

Cranfield Management Development Limited (CMDL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cranfield University. CMDL largely supports a portfolio of customised and open enrolment executive programmes offered through Cranfield Executive Development (CED).

The CED portfolio includes; Open Executive Programmes and Customised Executive Development - which partners with organisations to create learning programmes that deliver individual and organisational performance improvements. It also includes a corporate Masters delivered to meet the requirements of organisations under the Apprenticeship levy scheme, drawing upon Cranfield MSc mapped to the L7 standard.

To support this work we are currently looking to recruit a Masterships Client Project Manager to join the Learning Delivery & Operations team.

Our customers are both external (client contacts, programme participants and their sponsors) and internal (academic staff, programme directors, associates, and other Executive Development Directors & colleagues).  This role will provide first class project and programme support to our Masterships clients, enabling a high quality delivery of our MSc in Business and Strategic Leadership.

To be successful in this role you will require a unique set of skills and experience as described in the job description. You will have the necessary corporate experience to understand the needs of clients from their perspective. Previous programme or project management experience and the ability to build processes and manage service levels in order to fully meet those needs is essential. The post holder should be highly motivated, be able to work independently, able to make decisions and be able to manage a varied and demanding workload.

Experience of developing innovative solutions and practical implementations for strategic change and delivering them in an executive education setting, are at the heart of this challenging and demanding position.

At Cranfield we value Diversity and Inclusion, and aim to create and maintain a culture in which everyone can work and study together harmoniously with dignity and respect and realise their full potential.

Our equal opportunities and diversity monitoring has shown that women and minority ethnic groups are currently underrepresented within the university and so we actively encourage applications from eligible candidates from these groups.

We actively consider flexible working options such as part-time, compressed or flexible hours and/or an element of homeworking, and whether a position can be carried out at any of our locations.  We commit to exploring the possibilities for each role. Find out more here.

For an informal discussion, please contact Krystle Coles, Assessment and Development Officer on krystle.coles@cranfield.ac.uk

Proposed interview dates: 13 & 14 January 2021
