The production assistant will provide technical support and supervision for production related activity at the Bathway Theatre in order to promote safe working practices and facilitate work on drama related activities

Liaising closely with the Bathway Theatre Manager and Theatre Technician, the post holder will supervise students undertaking specific production activity within university spaces

The post holder should be able demonstrate a strong understanding of a production process. This should include at least one specific knowledge in a single area, ie. Costume, technical theatre or stage craft

The post holder must possess an understanding of the needs of students who are learning within a production team, to support student job roles using your own experience and on the job training as a guide.
