The department of Analytical, Environmental & Forensic Sciences houses three ISO17025 accredited forensic science laboratories, alongside research teams carrying out cutting-edge forensic research. We are seeking a Teaching Fellow to contribute to the educational activity of the Department, providing high quality teaching to students at postgraduate level (Level 7) and engaging in research to support teaching, learning and assessment innovations.
The specific focus of the post holder will be to support the development and delivery of the MSc/MRes in Forensic Science. This will include direct engagement with students in the form of lectures, laboratory sessions and workshops, assessment of student work, and module organisation. The post holder will also assist in the organisation, supervision and running of the MSc/MRes research projects.
The post holders will work closely with the Programme Director and Module Leads to develop the content and facilitate their delivery.
We particularly welcome candidates with expertise in Analytical Chemistry.
