Applications are invited for appointment as a Post-doctoral Fellow in Materials Modeling in the Department of Mechanical Engineering (Ref.: 502232), to commence as soon as possible for three years.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science or a related discipline. Preference will be given to those with experience in materials simulations using first-principles methods, molecular dynamics, and machine learning approaches. Applicants should be strongly motivated, creative and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income.
