This position plays a critical role in providing an inspiring and comprehensive Careers and Employability service to our students and graduates, whilst also contributing to maintaining and developing relations with key external partners and employers. The role forms a key part of our triage structure and is fundamental in providing information and advice, and making key referrals for Careers Guidance and other services where needed. The role will work in close partnership with our Careers and Employability Advisers, to provide a comprehensive employer engaged support service to students and graduates.

The successful candidate will provide a high quality customer service to students; delivering both to groups and individuals.  As well as live webinars and events, Employment Skills Advisers use multiple channels to provide information and advice to individual students; face to face, video, phone and email.  This role works within a busy environment and engages a high volume of students.  To be successful in this role you should be enthusiastic, keen to learn and approachable. You should also have a passion for delivering great customer service.
