Post-Doctoral Research Fellow

The appointees will conduct research projects and publish scientific papers in any of the areas of Data Analytics, Natural Sciences, Energy, Business & Economics, Engineering, Asian Studies, Islamic Studies, Tourism, Education. Moreover, they may contribute to teaching to gain experience.

Applicants: i) should have obtained a relevant PhD degree, obtained / achieved within past 5 years, ii) must be less than 40 years old and iii) must be highly motivated and proactive.  

Initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of 1 year. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement.

Benefits include: A monthly salary of 3,092.20 BND, 7 days paid annual leave, 1 month bonus after successful completion of the 1-year contract, access to the University amenities, and on-campus accommodation. One economy return ticket to and from Brunei Darussalam, upon completion of the fellowship, will be provided to international fellows.
