Description
The Department of Neurology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in either the non-tenure clinician educator track or the tenure track. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree. The successful applicant will have fellowship training in Neurology and Oncology, experience with clinical trials, and an interest in either translational or laboratory research. Our institution is a member of RTOG, ECOG, ABTC and is a Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Teaching responsibilities may include medical students, residents and fellows.

Clinical responsibilities may include clinical services and patient care in the field of neuro-oncology, with a strong interest in interdisciplinary research in the field.

Research or scholarship responsibilities may include being actively involved in basic, translational, and or clinical research, with the expectation to hold or achieve both federal and private foundation funding as they progress through their career at Penn.
