Description
The Department of Political Science at the University of Pennsylvania is conducting a search for a tenure-track assistant professor in the area of conflict studies, broadly defined. We seek an outstanding scholar and teacher who takes a rigorous theoretical and empirical approach to the study of conflict including, but not limited to, the study of inter-state and intra-state war and the study of any form of political or inter-group violence (ethnic, religious, racial, sexual).  The search is open with regard to methodological orientation and field concentration.  Candidates working in International Relations, Comparative Politics, or any other sub-field specialization in political science and adjacent disciplines are invited to apply.
