The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of Anesthesiology with a focus on Pediatric Anesthesiology.

Teaching responsibilities may include teaching both in our formal didactic lecture program as well as in the informal teaching of medical students, residents and fellows in the Operating Rooms.

Clinical responsibilities may include direct patient care and medical direction in the Operating Rooms.

Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree. ABA certification with subspecialty certification or board eligibility in Pediatric Anesthesiology and Pennsylvania licensure required

Primary practice located at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Opportunities available in general anesthesia practice, pain management and cardiothoracic anesthesia. Experience in pediatric anesthesiology or cardiothoracic anesthesiology and teaching of residents and fellows required.
