Description
The Division of Pulmonary, Allergy and Critical Care in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of diseases and disorders of the chest and lung with an emphasis on lung transplant and outcomes.
Teaching responsibilities may include teaching pulmonary and critical care fellows, house staff and medical students.
Clinical responsibilities may include consultation, diagnosis and ongoing treatment of patients with simple to the most complex conditions, working in the outpatient clinics and as an attending on the inpatient service based at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree. Applicants must be ABIM certified in Pulmonary, Allergy and Critical Care.
