Faculty Position in Population and Precision Health

Description

The University of Chicago's Biological Science Division (BSD) seeks tenured or tenure-track faculty members at any rank who will join the Institute for Population and Precision Health (https://ipph.uchicago.edu/) and are pursuing research on precision health and related areas. 

The appointee will join an appropriate BSD department and would carry out research in precision health within a broader population health framework. Areas of interests include (but are not limited to) epidemiology and clinical, genetic and environmental health research with a focus on quantitative precision health methods including predictive analytics, machine learning/artificial intelligence, biostatistics, digital health or imaging-/biomarker-based risk estimations. We expect appointees to thrive in a collaborative environment and actively seek out colleagues across the BSD and other divisions and schools within the University.  Appointees are expected to teach at the undergraduate and graduate level. 

Applicants must have a doctoral degree or equivalent.
