In the face of continued uncertainty and opportunity, you will have the ability to reimagine the workplace, both physically and virtually, and will lead our continued efforts to diversify our workforce.  We are seeking an HR innovator who can inspire our community and champion an environment of collective pride in which the contribution of our colleagues is recognised and respected. 

Who are you?
You have not necessarily worked in a university but recognise that the role requires building a common set of values and a shared vision, whilst remaining sensitive to the differences that exist in a knowledge led environment. You instinctively work beyond the boundaries of tradition and accepted norms. You have the boldness to express firm and reasoned views at executive level in order to prompt change. You are seeking a top table, HR leadership opportunity and are committed to our strategic goal of Empowering People.

We have high expectations of our senior team but as a member of the University’s Executive you will be supported in your development.   Importantly, we encourage applications from parts of the community typically underrepresented at this level and are particularly keen to hear from those stepping up to their first Director role.
