Salary: Lecturer H3 (£40,183 - £51,719 per annum including London Allowance)
Senior Lecturer H5 (£56,297 per annum including London Allowance)

We are inviting a high-calibre and enthusiast candidate to join us to achieve excellence. The ideal candidate will be committed to both contribute to and enhance our teaching and research activities across diverse areas (bioprocess and biopharmaceutical engineering, digital process engineering, emerging energy technology and materials for a sustainable future) with emphasis on the digital revolution, cut-edging technologies, industrial leadership and social challenges. The successful candidate will:
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Chemical Engineering.
- Undertake high quality research in areas relevant to Chemical Engineering that support the department/college/university, through production of research outputs, obtaining research funding, undertaking impact, creating activities and supervising postgraduate students.
- Develop multidisciplinary research collaborations with partners both within and external to the University.
- Devote to the university’s teaching and research in Chemical Engineering as an area of excellence.
The candidate should have a PhD degree or near completion in Chemical Engineering or relevant disciplines. Candidates with extensive teaching/research expertise or relevant industrial experience are advantageous.
