012592 Executive Assistant, UCD Registry, Permanent (Panel Posts Permanent & Temporary)

The Executive Assistant will be a member of UCD Registry which comprises of the Office of the Director of Registry, Administrative Services, Admissions, Assessment, Student Recruitment

The post on offer is in Assessment, which is a team of 20 staff members responsible for examination logistics management, grade processing, academic history record management, the administration of research theses and Extern Examiners.

The post is customer focused and will provide advice and guidance to staff, students, or other stakeholders. Good interpersonal skills are key, along with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines and be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in work completion. Applicants must have proven communicative, administrative, initiative and organisational skills. The person will also contribute to the process of continuous improvement within UCD Registry to ensure the efficient operation of all teams, as well as contributing to Registry and University vision and values.

Salary: € 24,946 - € 39,798 per annum
Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines.
