Working within the award winning Newcastle Business School, in the Department of Leadership & HRM, you will join a team of excellent research and teaching focussed academics.

You will contribute to research informed learning and teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and undertake research, enterprise and scholarly activities, and income generation, contributing to the Faculty’s research profile.

You must have excellent interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to teach effectively on a range of programmes using a variety of approaches to student learning.  You will have a doctorate and a research record enabling you to make a contribution to REF2021, and have clear plans to enhance your research through further publication, funding bids and knowledge exchange.

We are particularly looking for colleagues with experience working on MBA and Executive Education programmes and those with business/HR work experience.
