About the position

The Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine seeks to appoint a highly skilled administrator in the role of Medical Program Student Coordinator who will be an integral member of the Student Affairs and Service Quality unit.

Reporting to the Student Affairs and Service Quality Manager, this position is responsible for providing expertise and advice to students and staff with emphasis on the Medical Program, ensuring compliance with University and Faculty policies, procedures and guidelines.

About the person:

The successful candidate will possess significant experience in a similar administrative role. You will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills as well as excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in using the  with Microsoft Office  Suite is essential, experience or expose to  student systems platforms such as Student One, StudyLink, D364 or similar will be an advantage.

The ability to work independently whilst actively contributing to the team is required, as is experience working with stakeholders at all levels in a highly rewarding and complex environment.

The working days for this position will be negotiated with the successful candidate.

The commencing remuneration for this appointment will commence at $40 274 plus 9.5% superannuation per annum (0.6 FTE pro-rata salary).
