Starting Salary: Lecturer - £19,008 per annum (£38,017 full time equivalent) Senior Lecture - £21,396 per annum (£42,792 full time equivalent)
Hours: Part time, 18 hours per week (0.5 FTE)

We are now looking to appoint a 0.5FTE English Lecturer/Senior Lecturer to our Secondary PGCE with QTS initial teacher education programme.
As a Lecturer, you will work with experienced colleagues to prepare and deliver English content, in line with the Secondary English National Curriculum within the PGCE programme. The role includes an ability and willingness to contribute to cross- curricular teaching and teach on the embedded Masters modules. As part of your role you will also be required to support trainees on school experience. Qualified Teacher Status and experience of secondary English teaching are essential requirements for the post.
