A Research Assistant position is currently available in the Temasek Laboratories @ NTU.
Job Responsibilities
- Carry out wafer-scale CNT growth experiments using CVD
- Investigate various forms of catalyst deposition and its effect on CNT growth on glass fabrics
- Perform parametric study of CNT growth for tunable aspect ratios
- Investigate large-scale transfer techniques to deposit CNTs onto glass fabrics
- Perform and analyze SEM, TEM and Raman characterization
- To conduct EMI shielding experiments
- Device fabrication for electrical measurements
- Submission of a comprehensive report summarizing the performance of CNT/glass fabrics
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Material Science, Physics or related disciplines
- Experience in operating CVD systems
- Experience in nanomaterial characterization techniques
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent teamwork awareness
- Good communication and writing skills
- Strong responsibility for research / work

• Excellent academic records and research potential.
