Job Description

The Senior Research Investigator (SRI) will design, conduct, and oversee research to advance new therapeutic approaches for the treatment of genetically defined neurodevelopmental diseases.  The SRI will work with the PI and collaborators to manage and coordinate a cross-disciplinary neurodevelopmental research team.

• Design and perform cell and molecular biology experiments
• Process, analyze, and interpret next-generation sequencing (NGS) data and large-scale biomedical data
• Write and maintain technical protocols
• Coordinate and interface with wet and dry lab collaborators
• Contribute data and write content for manuscripts and grant proposals
• Present research results at meetings and seminars
• Purchase supplies and reagents
• Other duties as assigned

This position is contingent on grant funding.
