The Division of Science and Technology (DST) now offers the following ten Honours Degree Programmes: Applied Psychology, Computer Science and Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Networking, Data Science, Environmental Science, Financial Mathematics, Food Science and Technology, Statistics and Applied Mathematics. The Division has over 60 professors, associate professors，assistant professors and adjunct professors. They are recruited from all over the world and have PhD degrees and rich experience in teaching and research. DST aims to provide comprehensive professional training for students, while attach great importance to their all-around development in social consciousness and self-cultivation.

Job Description

Candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Networking, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Parallel and Distributed System.

Job Requirement

Candidates should have a PhD degree in computer Science or related discipline. Successful candidates are expected to be committed to excellence in undergraduate or postgraduate teaching. Preference will be given to candidates who can undertake independent research leading to outstanding outcomes, including publications in high quality international-refereed journals. Academic rank will be determined in accordance with successful candidate’s experience and research accomplishments.

Appointment Terms

Appointment to these positions will initially be made on a fixed-term contract of two years. Commencing salaries will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience. Fringe benefits include housing allowance (applicable to Assistant Professor and above), leave and medical insurance. Continuation of appointment beyond the initial term will be subject to mutual agreement.
