Working with the Academic Operations Director, the Course Operations Manager has overall responsibility for the operations of all Cass MBA degrees and for providing an exceptional student experience for the student body. They will also have direct line management of the Cass Executive Education Team. This is a 12 month maternity cover opportunity.

Responsibilities

The Course Operations Manager will provide a high quality professional support service to key stakeholders including students and academic colleagues. This will include management of a team of course officers and administrators as well as the Executive Education Team. Responsibilities will also include staff recruitment and management, course management and coordination, and financial management. They will lead work with the Admissions and Exams Teams to unsure an effective Course Operation. 
The purpose of this senior administrative post is to support the MBA student journey and to ensure a world class student experience.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, have excellent IT skills and experience of working in higher education, particularly in programme administration. S/he will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to assume a senior leadership role within a team, to motivate colleagues and to optimise working practices. S/he will also have planning and problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm while delivering a high-quality service to deadlines.
