Do you want to lead and be part of the team of dynamic educators instilling best practice to the next generation of veterinary nurse graduates? Are you ready to join a busy and expanding veterinary nursing teaching team within a world class university veterinary school?

The University of Bristol’s Veterinary School is seeking to recruit an experienced veterinary nurse with a strong interest and passion for student support, teaching, evidence based nursing and professional practice. We are looking for someone with energy, creativity and commitment, to help our students develop as professional graduate veterinary nurse practitioners who will flourish in their chosen career pathway. Experience of, and enthusiasm for teaching is essential, in practice and academic settings.

This is primarily a teaching role which includes teaching across all years of the undergraduate veterinary nursing programmes. You will also be responsible for student support and welfare by acting as Programme Tutor (at Grade K level).

You must hold a Veterinary Nursing qualification recognised by the RCVS that allows you register as an RVN with the RCVS and have proven experience of undergraduate teaching and student support.
