Responsibilities:

  • Build a high-end research platform, gather high-end academic resources at home and abroad, and make great contributions to developing first-class disciplines and building talent teams;
  • Build an innovative academic team, lead frontier research, responsible for major or key state-level projects, and achieve milestone progress;
  • Undertake undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs, provide bilingual courses, and train high-level postgraduates;
  • Conduct international academic exchanges;
  • Apply for major state-level talents, teaching and research awards.

Hiring Criteria:

  • Meet the hiring criteria for Outstanding Academic Leaders of Humanities and Social Sciences;
  • With a doctoral degree and senior titles granted by a domestic or overseas university, with rich overseas education or work experience;
  • To lead the frontier research in preponderant disciplines such as Film, Radio and Television Art and new inter-disciplines such as New Media, Big Data, and Cultural Communication, and obtain outstanding achievements recognized in the field.
