We are seeking to appoint a Teaching & Learning Manager to further strengthen our committed to maintain excellence in the quality of teaching and learning we provide for our students.

Detailed Description

Reporting to the Associate Dean (Education), as the Teaching & Learning Manager, you will provide support to Teaching and Learning in the UTS Business School by managing, coordinating and monitoring ‘Assurance of Learning’ activities while ensuring compliance with AACSB reporting standards.

You will develop and implement strategies designed to enhance and optimise teaching & learning outcomes. This role will provide you with an opportunity to conduct teaching and learning workshops and work closely with learning technologists and designers from the LX Lab, Institute of Interactive Media and Learning (IML) and other relevant technical or support staff to develop innovative teaching practices.

This is a challenging role where you would be encouraged to develop ideas to enhance learning in the ever changing tertiary education environment, keeping abreast of and open to, creative new innovations. With your ability to work under pressure, work cohesively with multiple stakeholders and excellent people management skills, you will thrive in this role.

Remuneration & Benefits

Base Salary Range: $119,390 to $125,074 pa (HEW 9)

This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary.

This position will be a full-time continuing appointment.
