Salary and Fringe Benefits

We offer internationally competitive salary, generous housing and fringe benefits with ample start-up research funds. Long term, stable research funds are available for faculty members who are at the forefront of their chosen research fields. We also offer a highly stimulating research environment and inter-disciplinary approach to research projects. Qualified applicants are encouraged to apply for several Talents Programs. Those programs offer research fund ranging from 2 to 10 million RMB and the living allowance ranging from 1.6 to 6 million RMB (tax-free) besides national incentives.
