Job Summary

The Research Support Assistant will use Machine Learning methods to analyze satellite data for aircraft contrail detection.

Job Duties

• Analyze aircraft contrail data.
• Compare the contrails before, over, and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
• Plot results and compare to model simulations.

Basic Qualifications

• Proficient in one of the computer languages: Python, Java, MATLAB, R, or C.
• Basic knowledge in computer graphics.
• Basic understanding and experience in Machine Learning.

Preferred Qualifications

• A student with mathematical talents, critical thinking, and experience in pattern recognition.
