- An exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Research Program Coordinator to assist on investigator-led clinical trials
- Located at the Kolling Institute within the Northern Clinical School
- Full-time, 12 months, fixed term with a base salary of $93K-$102K p.a., plus leave loading and generous employer’s contribution to superannuation
About the opportunity
The Clinical Research Program Coordinator provides management and operational support to investigator-led clinical trials within the Clinical Research Program. You will be responsible for providing project management support to a work stream within the Program, including establishing biobank and project teams, developing and implementing plans and managing project financials.
The incumbent operates within the Cardiothoracic and Vascular Health group at the Northern Clinical School, in collaboration with the Sydney Health Partners, under the supervision of Chief Investigator Professor Gemma Figtree.

- tertiary qualifications and relevant work experience in clinical trials, project management, and administration
- experience working within a health or University clinical trial environment
- extensive experience managing a diverse group of key stakeholders on large or complex projects and the ability to develop/cultivate productive relationships with industry providers and key users
- excellent administrative skills, coupled with a general understanding of the project life cycle, project documentation, project standards and methodologies
- strong knowledge of ICH/GCP, ethics and governance documentation preparation and submission.
- the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and exercising sound judgement in resolving matters that may arise as part of normal daily work.
