The role

Manage the College’s strategic projects and consult with key senior stakeholders in this varied and challenging role. You will be responsible for the planning and governance function ensuring expertise from a range of areas to improve decision making, assist with planning and to track success. Initiate, develop, coordinate and implement systems, processes and indicators to enable the monitoring and evaluation of the College’s activities.

The provision of leadership to motivated, thoughtful and innovative specialists who can influence the direction of the College through management of strategy, data and governance is a core component of this position.

The candidate

You have a proven record of high achievement leading teams to deliver strategic innovation and operational improvement. With an insightful working knowledge in the management of significant human and material resources and in the provision of strategic policy advice, you possess high-level business acumen, exceptional people, analytical, creative problem solving and negotiation skills supported by a proven ability to conceptualise, develop, propose and review project plans.

Ability to support shared purpose, think strategically and harness information and opportunities to reinforce the vision for the future through identifying clear priorities and using wisdom and judgement will see you succeed in this role.
