Job description

Queen's Management School are seeking to employ a Research fellow be an active member of the research team assisting on a Leverhulme Trust-funded project (Title: 'The Rise of Corporate Titans: CEOs in the UK, 1900-2016'). The successful candidate will be active in the planning and delivery of the research activity for this project so that the overall research objectives of the project are met. This is a Full Time temporary position available for a ten month period.

Essential Criteria:

  • Hold a PhD in Economic History or a related discipline. 
  • At least 3 years relevant research experience using historical sources. 
  • Experience of publishing, or ability to publish, in top international journals. 
  • Ability to contribute to broader management and administrative processes. 
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel or equivalent software.
