The Role

  • Continuing, Full Time
  • $67,481 to $135,637 AUD pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Wagga Wagga

As an Associate Lecturer/Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Veterinary Anaesthesia you will teach at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels (interns, residents) and perform clinical work. Contribution to a broad range of professional and administrative roles within the School is also required.

The provision of high-quality anaesthetic services to our two hospitals in Wagga Wagga is an important part of the role. These facilities are staffed by a number of experienced clinicians and specialists as well as interns/residents and equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic, imaging, surgical, anaesthetic and monitoring equipment.

To be successful you will have:

  • Qualifications as outlined in the position description
  • Eligible for registration with the Veterinary Practitioners Board of New South Wales
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in clinical teams
  • Demonstrated capacity to utilise and embrace current and emerging technologies to achieve work objectives
