Full time Associate/Full Professor Position in Special Education The Department of Special Education at the United Arab Emirates University invites applications for a faculty position in Special Education specialized in Mild/Moderate and/or Moderate/Severe Disabilities. Qualified candidates at all levels will be considered at a rank commensurate with academic accomplishments. Candidates are expected to have a strong commitment to research, strong background in Special Education including mild/moderate/severe disabilities, teaching excellence and student advising at the undergraduate and graduate levels, a strong demonstrable research capability that will enable the candidate to develop and sustain an internally and/or externally funded research grants in his/her area of expertise, publish his/her research findings in well-respected refereed journals, and actively engage in promoting the growth of the University. Candidates preferably have experience in working at a research intensive institution.
