This is a fixed-term post for two years and is part of the EPSRC Research Grant, Kaehler manifolds of constant curvature with conical singularities, held by Dr Dmitri Panov, a Reader in Geometry in the department of mathematics at King’s.

Applicants should have a PhD in mathematics, and the ability to combine research in differential geometry with one or more related areas including, but not limited to, Kaehler geometry, complex hyperbolic geometry, parabolic bundles, Teichmuller theory.

The research associate will be an expert in Complex and Differential Geometry and is expected to take part in this project and to carry out research closely allied with the project goals.
