Reporting to the Deputy Vice Chancellor, (Resources), this key, strategic role carries leadership and management responsibility for the development and implementation of our HR strategy, and for our 45 strong team of HR professionals. 

We seek candidates who can develop a purposeful HR plan to underpin delivery of the University’s next long-term strategy. As well as proven strategic HR experience, candidates will need to demonstrate strong influencing skills, developed in large, complex environments, as well as leadership of professional, customer focused and efficient HR services.
